Balsamic Tomato Cucumber Salad Recipe

  • 3 small tomatoes cut into wedges
  • 1 medium sweet onion (such as Vidalia), sliced into 1/4-inch thick rings
  • 1 cucumber, sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds
  • 6 fresh basil leaves sliced into 1/8-inch ribbons (chiffonade)
  • Parmesan cheesee for garnish, optional

Recipe of Mushrooms with ham: 火腿磨菇

Ingredients:

  • Mushrooms
  • Garlic
  • Parsley
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Cured ham (jamón serrano)
  1. Wash the mushroom and slice them in fine slices.
  2. Put some garlic along with salt and parsley.
  3. In a pan, fry this mixture with two or three spoons of olive oil.
  4. Add the mushrooms into the frypan.
  5. If you like spicy food you can add some chilli.
  6. When the mushrooms are almost fried is the moment when you have to add the Spanish Jamon Serrano.
  7. Cut the cured ham in cubes and add it to the frying pan.
  8. Remove from the fire and serve!

Recipe of Ham with Melon: 火腿蜜瓜

Ingredients:

  • Melon
  • Cured ham (jamón serrano)
  1. The Melon has to be cold, as this is a summer dish, so put the melon in the refrigerator a few hours before making this recipe.
  2. It is recommended to use frog skin melon, but any other melon will do.
  3. Cut the melon into big dices.
  4. Cut the ham in thin slices.
  5. Put the ham and the dices of melon in a dish.
  6. Serve as soon as posible to keep the melon cold!
  7. This is used as a first dish ,but with enough ham and melon you can be satisfied and make a good meal of it.
  8. Eat this dish alternating melon and ham, the contrast between the sweet flavour of the melon and the salt flavour of the ham is delicious.


火腿露筍意粉

材料 (二人份):

火腿 (Spanish Ham)    8片
露筍     8條
意粉(Spaghetti)   200g
蒜蓉    1.5湯匙
初榨橄欖油 (extra virgin olive oil)     2湯匙
指天椒     半隻 (可以不加)

調味:
鹽及胡椒  少許

 

製法:

1)大鍋煲滾熱水,加1茶匙鹽, 意粉 按包裝指示分鐘少1分鐘來煮, 撈起瀝乾水,混和1湯匙橄欖油,免意粉黏在一起

2) 露筍切去尾部,一開二

3)平底鍋大火預熱,轉中火下1湯匙橄欖油、蒜蓉、 指天椒及露筍, 加少許鹽及胡椒,炒1分半鐘至蓉變金黃色

4) 加入意粉炒勻,  約1.5分鐘,意粉上碟,鋪上火腿便成
